You think this only happens in Elmore? Its been happeniong in all the dugeons for ages but now the farmers are beginning to bring their ugly heads above ground, they have already pretty much taken over the Ruins of sorrow and the surrounding area and all the area around the Ruins of Despair aswell and this is just what i have seen.
